Tony Persson (a.k.a. Big Tony) is a Swedish blues musician, inspired by the early Mississippi Delta and Chicago styles.
His main instruments are Fender Telecasters, and his voice.
Open tunings, and slide playing, are two key ingredients of his sound. His use of the electric guitar gives a modern edge to the music, and lets his own style shine through.
