We have played heaps of gigs over the past months including Zeal, The Cuba Street Carnival, Pickle Pot Fiesta, Festival of The Elements, Capital E National Childrens Arts Festival Launch, The Valve Bar, Lembas Cafe, Paraparaumu Summer Street Carnival, Levin Fireworks night, The Paekakariki Fair, Tramways Anything Vintage Festival, the Waikanae Show, Paekakariki Youth Centre and heaps of private parties & fundraisers :D

Too Funky Successes...
2009 June we placed third at the Wellington Regional Final of Smokefree Rock Quest and we also won the Smokefree Peoples Choice Award (yes both awards are for the third year in a row!). Thanks Rockshop for the prize. We will be submitting our video to the judges aiming for the National Final. Check out our bandroom at: www.smokefreerockquest.co.nz
2009 May we won third place in the Zeal Battle of the Bands in May. Thanks musicworks for the prize. Congrats to the Stray Dogs and The philosophers, awesome gig!
2008 we won the Studio 2 "Big Break" Competition and have had a music video recorded and produced by the team at TV 2. Special thanks to Scotty Doo (Hindman), the Creative Director/Field Producer from Studio 2. Check it out... tv2-the-hub.tv
2008 we slso won runner up in Juice TV "My School Band Rocks" winning $2000 of equipment from Music Works and some mint Sony equipment for our college; Kapiti College.
2008 we were also in the top three bands in the "Nick Rocks" Competition on Nickelodeon TV.

I sent Mr. Zeal an email, we still have a limited number of original songs (we hardly ever play together) and so if the heats require a small number of songs or if covers are allowed, we're in! Haha!
