Why?

With the desire to bring underground artists to the foreground, the Toofy Brothers (A.K.A. Mark and Jeff Siebert) created an international film festival that provides a forum for independent filmmakers to exhibit their vision. The Toofy International Film Fest also seeks to expose other forms of independent art including music, fine art, and fashion.
