| General | Toony Jewelry began in the fall of 2008. I, Barbara Baughman am it's maker. I began Toony for one reason- I wanted to make jewelry for women to feel beautiful in. When Toony was in it's beginning stages I remember hoping the type of women I'm inspired by would wear it: strong, confident, driven women! An so I began designing for just these women, and the more I designed, the more I began finding myself. Diane von Furstenburg once said, "You have to be your best friend", and I truly believe that.. it may only be jewelry for some people but for me it's a way of connecting with women around the world. If it's "just jewelry" to you, I hope you can inspire to be like us while wearing Toony!
