..How I discovered Heavy Metal:..
I think I started listening to Rock-Music at the age of 8 or 9 when my piano teacher gave me some of his Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple Records.
At the age of 11 or 12 I started listening to Metallica and Guns 'n' Roses - everybody at my age was doing so - then I went on to Hardcore.
At the age of 15 - I had blue hair at that time - I went shopping with my mum and I bought my first Metalmagazine, Heavy oder was?! was it called. The two CDs of the month were:
..My Dying Bride - The angel and the Dark River..
and
..Death - Symbolic... These 2 CDs still have a divine status for me and since that date.....

What I did the last years:
1999: Passed the A-Levels
subjects: English, Economy, Maths, French
..1999 - 2002:.. Apprenticeship as an industrial merchand

..2002 - 2003:.. Studies of European Business (3 Semesters) @ Osnabrück - University of Applied Sciences
..2003 - 2004:.. Language Studies (English, French, Spanish) @ Hamburg - Berlitz Language Schools
..since 2004:.. Working in the Steel & Metal Trade - first @ SPAETER in Hamburg where I worked in the export department and sold plates and flats to Denmark, Iceland, Sweden and Norway, then I changed to Schoepker & Dorgeist - a company where I really enjoy working! And where I finally started learning dutch (my 5th language)
I started my after-work-studies in July 2006 concerning "The Nature Of Steel" which I hope to finish in 2009
At this very moment I am really happy to be able to combine my hobbies and my work so perfectly :)
