Normalerweise basteln sie Beats für Künstler wie Mobb Deep, Ghostface Killah oder 50 Cent, am 10.07.09 tun sie es auch für euch. Die zwei Revolutionäre des "Live- Produzierens "sind zu Gast im Dot Club im Herzen Berlins. DJ Exile und DJ DAY aus Kalifornien/USA rücken an mit 2 MPCs und 2 Plattenspielern, bearbeiten alte Klassiker und entwickeln die Hits von Morgen. Jeder Song fließt, wie bei einem DJ Set ineinander. So etwas gab es zuvor noch nie in der in der Bundes- Rapublik!
Unterstützt werden die beiden von den DJs Ghanaian Stallion und DJ Skare, die für den gewohnt guten Sound auf den "Everything Remains Raw" Veranstaltungen sorgen. Das ganze fungiert als Auftakt für die neue Veranstaltungsreihe YOYO EFFECT, die dann an jedem 2. Freitag im Dot Club stattfinden wird. Der YOYO EFFECT bringt euch wie beim gewichtsbedingten „Jo-Jo-Effekt“ die guten Hip Hop Parties zurück- die Diät ist also dahin und es gibt die volle Packung. Antwerp Royal Academy of Fine Arts
The showroom refers to the group of influential avant-garde fashion designers, that graduated from Antwerp's Royal Academy in the 80s, the so called “Antwerp Six”. The achievement of a revolving vision of fashion managed to established Antwerp as a notable location for fashion design. In this context, The Overhose event will showcase the new upcoming designers which continue this tradition by providing a radical view on fashionart, which delimits itself of the ordinary commercial productions.

Am Sonntag den 21 Juni 2009, werden wir von 12 – 22 Uhr die Street Smartz Block Party im Rahmen der Fete de la Musique veranstalten. Der Oldschool Graffiti Writer MILK(OCB) wird ab 12 Uhr Live eine Leinwand sprühen, außerdem werden Airbrushkünstler T-Shirts individuell gestalten, das Herzstück der Veranstaltung ist natürlich das Live Programm von 15 – 22 Uhr, mit festen Größen der Berliner Hip Hop und Dancehall Szene plus internationalen Gästen aus Frankreich und England. Die Party wird gehostet von den Beatboxlegenden BEE LOW und ZEERO und besteht aus folgenden Acts: YARAH BRAVO (London, UK), FALGAS (Bordeaux, FRA), ORGI 69, FLOWIN IMMO, DJ CRAFT (K.I.Z.), MARC HYPE & JIM DUNLOOP, PYRANJA & DRA-Q, DAMION DAVIS, JENEEZ, HAMMER & ZIRKEL, BARNEY MILLAH, KIMOE, BACK YARD LOOPS, MIKE FICTION, ASEK, CHEFKOCH, DA POISE, DA FLEXIBLEZ, LIQUIT WALKER, RASPUTIN – Eintritt frei!
