Topgun "the problem solver" was my first album, and it sold 5,500 copies with out distribution or a major label. When I first came out with this cd, which was in 2001, I didn't know exactly how I was going to promote it. On my way to get some gas at a local store, I approached a customer to sell him a cd. When he bought the cd, it made me realize that I could not only make quick money, but I could create a "buzz" by promoting this album in the public. With a street team that was down with me, I was able to accomplish my dream. I may not have received radio play, but I bet you if you go to Memphis and ask someone who know music, Do you know who TopGun is? That person will say yea, "thats da dude that sold all them cds at the gas stations." Right now my major projects is Mr. Mix vol 2. and TogGun da Maine. Keep posted because this is just the beginning of the ride.
