I didn't grow up on the ranch, but my Nana did. I grew up around Newport Beach, went to school in Nashville, lived in Argentina for about a year then moved to Phoenix. In phoenix I started a yoga studio with some friends and that's where I met my wife. I had this idea to start a clothing company based on my family history. We used to have a ranch called the El Topo. So my wife and I started making t-shirts and bought an old wringer washer. We would put the t-shirts in there over night and they would get super soft. We got an art studio on Central in downtown Phoenix and we sold a lot of t-shirts. We mostly sold them out of a store called Passage next to Lux and Pane Bianco. So then I decided that I wanted to make sweatshirts and jackets etc., but I didn't know how so I called Eric. And that's when the real ranch got started. I'll be uploading pics of us, the ranch, and the clothes. If you have a pic of yourself sporting Topo gear, send it over and I'll post it.
