About TORN IN MY PRIDE (NEW LINE UP)

Torn In My Pride est né fin 2004 et est à la base un projet de Nicolas Dock (guitare) et de Geoffrey Henin (basse), le groupe se complète ensuite par l’arrivée de Dimitri Gillet (batterie), François Peeters (guitare), Jean-François Hoff (chant). Après quelques mois de travail, ils commencent les concerts et jouent un peu partout en Belgique. En juillet 2005 le groupe enregistra sa première démo « Die my Valentine…die » afin de pouvoir obtenir de nouveaux concerts et de se faire connaître auprès de quelques labels. L’année 2006 fut marquée par une belle série de concert mais également par le départ de Geoffrey à cause de certains problèmes au sein du groupe. Gilles Peeters a donc prit sa place à la basse et le groupe profita de ce nouveau départ pour composé un nouveau set plus réfléchi et plus efficace. Grâce a ce set le groupe a eu l’occasion de partir en tournée avec des dates en France, en Italie et en Hollande. Juin 2007 Cédric Fontaine remplace jean- françois au chant. Le prochain cd est un 5 titres qui sort en mars 2008 sur swarm of nails records pour leur tournée européenne avec Isaïah. ****************************************************************** ******************************************************************
