About me: My name is Chris, a San Diego North County beach town local currently living outside of Norfolk, Virginia. I've been a naval officer for several years now, having served on several ships. I'm my spare time, I'm a musician, having played with several bands. I miss the nights that I shared with my fellow musicians and the great nights on stage and in rehearsal spaces with (the Hi Lites, the Big Sound, the Harmonics (aka Green Island from Boston)). Music has afforded me amazing opportunities, from performing with symphonies to playing at such venues as the House of Blues or the Whiskey. Spent 4 years in Massachusetts getting my bachelor's at Holy Cross. Definitely miss my times in Boston.
I'm engaged and soon to be married to my wonderful fiance Katie. Following our wedding in September, we will be moving to Albuquerque, NM where I will be teaching at the University of New Mexico (I start teaching there in August). Looking forward to starting our life together!
