Probe1 is a member of Torsion Records, a fresh Breakbeat imprint from Marseille, southeast of France. The label was born in London though, in 1999, and at that time released a pirate Acidcore EP followed by a 5 years blackout.
Back then in 2004, after developing live set performances with Crackhead Worm which involved less 4x4, lowering the tempo, more basslines, while still retaining the energy of the former style, Torsion welcomed fellow Break heads Keshno, Youz, Viktor Boogie and Wolf - all coming from different and wide musical backgrounds. This led to new directions and the label carried on producing and releasing Breakbeat music in France.
