I am a norwegian drummer situated in Oslo.
I am 32 years old, and have been playing drums since I was 10.
Originaly from Øystese in Hardanger, but moved to Oslo when I was 19.
Member of these bands: Shining,elephant9,Chrome Hill,Mathias Eick Quartet,Håvard Stubø trio,Jon Eberson trio,Morten Halle Quartet,Jørn Øien trio.
Work on a regular basis for these artists: Maria Mena, Jarle Bernhoft,Torun Eriksen, Oslo Gospel Choir.
In addition to this I do a lot of freelance work on records and live. Some of the artists I..ve been lucky enough to work for includes: Marit Larsen, Silje Nergaard,Maria Solheim,Beady Belle,Eivind Aarseth,Noora Noor,Solveig Slettahjell,Bertine Zetlitz,Kurt Nilsen,Rockettothesky,Thom Hell,Aleksander D With, Lene Marlin etc...

Hi Torstein! I wanna thank U so much for two amazing and fantastic Maria Mena-shows (Stuttgart & Frankfurt, Germany)!!! Really love your drumming-style - heavy, hard, loud..that's the way it should be!! :-) I did play some drums hundred years ago (now..with a little bit luck..I might be able to play the intro of "I love it loud" haha..)it's still my favorit instrument that moves me deep inside. You do a GREAT job, KISS-buddy! :-) Hope there will be some summer surprise shows 2009!!! I'm sure we will meet again..just check the 1st row from time to time ;-) All the best, **JASMIN**
