Tortuga Quartet (Bennett Eiferman, Aaron Jacobs, Micah Grossman, and Nate Mendelsohn) is a collective ensemble devoted to playing a delicious mixture of Jazz, Rock, Experimental, Funk-Punk-Crunk, Classical, Tribal Music, and Progressive Calypso. Tortuga was born while playing together in Brookline High School's Creative High School Music program led by Carolyn Castellano. Since then, our musical interactions and explorations have flourished like the tulips in springtime, and have led us on tremendous journeys through which we learned the true meanings of creativity and expression. But really, we're just a few kids making music we dig, and we hope you do too. Please Enjoy.
