(last updated Oct 11, 2009)Hi, my name is Collin. I like to play guitar and sing. I've been playing guitar for about 9 years. I play guitar for Incide, we had a bumpy start but now we are all on very solid ground and have all improved a LOT. I joined Incide sometime during spring break of 2008; my break was for a good 4-5 months starting early May, ending later in December. I'm feeling a lot more comfortable playing with them now, and I LOVE MY NEW AMP AND PEDAL!!! :D:D:D Marshall JCM 2000 Dual Lead Series head and cabinet and a Boss GT-8 Effects Processor, very sexy indeed. And a hint: I'm saving for a new guitar starting now.

Onto about me:

I don't like the US Government, I think they're bullshit and their rules and regulations are totally out of whack. The gvt's priorities are generally bizarre when it comes down to it. I believe in peace and harmony. I also believe in the Golden Rule, not the silence is golden or whatever, but many people have forgotten what that rule is. The Golden Rule means to treat others how you would like to be treated, do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Its also a bible verse, but I'm not a preacher and I'm certainly not a Holy person; I am simply a man, and I am trying to find my destiny in life. Perhaps a musician, and some other things.

I take classes at the college and I play guitar pretty often at least 2 hours a day. I used to play video games all the time, but I realized they did nothing for me but fill a whole; I have recently had a moment of clarity. I will become a professional musician, I can feel it.

A lot of people don't think marijuana is good. In fact a lot of people don't like it at all, funny thing is that majority of the group is pro-alcohol. In Genesis, even in the first chapter, it clearly states that God gives all seed bearing plants to man. If God gave us Cannabis and we aren't using it, isn't that kind of disrespectful? I think it is. So I think growing Cannabis, smoking its flower(its bud), and using Cannabis to create hemp, is completely fine. Its better for you than alcohol, believe me, if you don't think so just look at the deaths alcohol causes each year from violence, traffic accidents, untreated poisoning, and the whole choking on vomit deal, its disgusting to look at that. Also is better for you than tobacco, WAY better. I honestly think smoking pot isn't the worst thing on the earth, forget about it and move on. Look how many people are in jail for possession of JUST Marijuana. TONS. 754,224 in America in 2008 were arrested from just Marijuana possession.. that's a lot of people.

I choose quality in friends, not quantity, so that makes me a little anti-social, but until everyone decides to get a little smarter and raise their IQs a by 20 or more then you can forget it. My friends are chill most of the time. Montero, Byron, Stephen(moved to Montana), Josh, Tommy, Levi(moved to Florida), and Kody. I am open to all kinds of music except for rap. (word of advice) Don't make music if you can't play it live or on stage. Shame on you.

I can be a very nice person. But don't piss me off or push my buttons; I don't do it to you, don't do it to me. Simple enough? Good.

I want to be a musician. I will become one. I think I just live in the wrong place for that though. Maybe I can help this community change ..with a little help from my friends....
