TOWA TEI debuted as a member of "Deee-Lite" from U.S. label Elektra in 1990, and solo debuted with the album "Future Listening" in 1994. The most recent released 5th original album "BIG FUN" is on sale in Japan and on iTunes internationally. As a music producer, he has been involved in producing music for other artists, TV commercials and movie soundtracks, and also branding collaborated products as well. As a DJ, his regular party "MOTIVATION" at Tokyo and Kyoto have been successfully attracting a huge crowd, and his concept party "HOTEL H", started last year, is already becoming a new social spot for industry people. TOWA has been actively DJing at clubs, festivals, and corporation parties all over the world. 2010 will be the 20th anniversary from Deee-Lite's debut.

1990年、"ディー・ライト"のメンバーとして米エレクトラよりデビュー。94年、『Future Listening!』でのソロデビュー以降、ソロアーティストとして活躍中。音楽プロデューサーとしては、アーティストへの楽曲プロデュース、映画音楽制作、CM楽曲制作などにも携わっている他、コラボレーション商品のブランディングなど活動は多岐に渡る。DJとしても、東京、京都での「MOTIVATION」、選曲重視の新パーティ「HOTEL H」など人気レギュラーパーティや、国内外のクラブ、企業イベント、ビッグ・フェスへ出演している。2010年、音楽に限らず、様々なクリエイションを販売する"電子セレクトショップ"MACHをスタート。 2011年、待望の６th.アルバム"SUNNY"がリリースされ好評を得た。
