was in office from 3 yesterday afternoon, right through to 5 this morning! the sad part.. i'm having to go back in today :( so many problems all happened yesterday at the same fucking time! so now they are sorted.. i have the fun job of writing reports explaining why it wasnt dealt with.. grrr, i just wanted to watch football and drink beer today!
