Welcome to the Toyota Australia MySpace page. We thought we’d give you a bit of a run down on who we are and what we do.

Toyota Motor Corporation Australia (Toyota Australia) is one of Toyota Japan's global manufacturing hubs with a long term loyalty to both our homegrown and overseas markets.

The Toyota Australia headquarters in Melbourne houses all the function and manufacturing along with all the engineering activities and is ably supported by our Sales and Marketing workaholics over in Sydney, not forgetting our ever dependable Accessories, Service, PMD, Fleet and Customer First personnel. Toyota is proudly sustained throughout the country statewide, employing over 4000 people, whilst many more help out through our network of suppliers and showrooms.

As well as our locally built Camry and Aurion, we import a wide range of passenger, 4WD and commercial vehicles including Kluger, Yaris, Corolla, Tarago, RAV4, LandCruiser, Prado, HiLux and HiAce. We can’t go without mentioning the revolutionary hybrid-model Prius and the fact that we are soon to be the first Australian manufacturer of a hybrid model - the much anticipated Hybrid Camry.

Toyota is Australia’s leading vehicle exporter; last year we exported over a hundred thousand cars to over 20 countries amounting to nearly $2 billion dollars in revenue.

And we shouldn’t forget that Toyota also distributes and sells the luxury Lexus brand of vehicles.
