About me:

People know me. People don't. People heard of me and some know of me just by the name. I like to put it this way, I am the product of my environment. I am the product of everybody's thoughts. My childhood was full of suffering and the only person I had was me. I'm here out of pure will and determination and I'm happy to say, "I'm glad to be alive." Till now I find myself alone holding up several people, and those people here are the reason why I breathe. I'm glad to those who have their parents, their siblings, their friends--because I didn't have them. I wasn't blessed with a fortunate family and but I'm happy the way I am. My mother "abandoned" me and my father feared for me, leaving me alone. I honestly don't know how I am alive right now. I had to revaluate my life several times and instances. But right now, I am the symbol and true hard birth that even in such pain and misery, a beautiful entity can arise. Yes, I've been a subject to abuse and most people do know of my story. I've lived on the street numerous times and one of those times was recent, last year. I am just an individual living for the first day to hear those kind words. Last year was my first Birthday. Here I am. I actually wasted too many tears on what was and now I'm living past my present and being idolized as an individual who overcame all odds, even when everybody and everything was against me. I am proud to be this icon and I have displayed several instances to others to always pull through. I wish I can do everything for you all. I am a martyr's best friend. I wish I can take all of your pain away. I wish I can give you happiness. I'm approaching a pivotal part of my life where it's about me but it's now becoming about my peers and me displaying my story through fragments of life. I've developed a newly grounded confidence and I'm prepared. I will fight for you. I'll cry for you too. In this story 2 wrongs did make a right. Yes, I've establish that everything in the past made me who I am and I'm still amazed, yet again how that happen, but I'm proud to be here. I'm proud to meet so many beautiful people and to have them in my life, even if it's years or even a day. I'm humble, content but now I want to give myself and others what I never had, and I will. I hope that ever smile I crack to ever stranger helps them in some way--because it will. To those who helped me out so much, you have idea the impact that has put its toll on me but I thank you and even to those who fell past me, I'll always give you hand. All I can say is, "Thank You" for the rest of my words, now, are numb. :)

Yes, I love volunteering. I love being involved with the community--it gives me a great feeling of accomplishment just because one person can do a lot but a whole community can do even more. Me and some friends did the AIDS walk in NYC of 2007 and that was really fun!!! I know a lot of people but only certain people are able to see certain sides. I've met so many unique individuals and I learned so much about myself and of others just from my relationships. I am wild, and crazy, but I am serious and stern, I'm very spiritual and open but yet I'm very grounded and full of wisdom. It's hard to put a label on my type of individuality but that's what makes it original--it's my individuality.

The Koi Fish is my logo. I recently got a tattoo of one on my left ankle last summer in NYC. Basically the myth behind it is that 1 out of endless amounts of koi fish will travel along this everlasting river, going against the current, meeting every obstacle there is to come and jumping over waterfalls that reach 100 feet and more, then come at the Dragon's Gate. The first one to jump over the Dragon's Gate will transform into a dragon--reach their fullest and highest potential. They represent determination, perseverance, wisdom, luck, etc. I like it a lot because of its affiliation with water but also most people don't think much of a fish but they are silent killers and they surprise a lot of people, and they're pretty.
