Tara Sessions - Every Tuesday - Dice Bar - Dublin
Tara Sessions will run every Tuesday night in Dice Bar - Dublin
Music, hosted by Claire Bonass, kicks off at 9pm. Usually we will have 2 bands and DJ.
The gig is organised by TaraWatch and is designed to raise awareness of the campaign to save the Hill of Tara, Celtic Irelands ancient capital, from the M3 motorway. Admission is free.
Artists of all types, including poets, musicians, DJs, comedians and storytellers are welcome to play. Just schedule it with Claire at events@tarawatch.org
ROCKY ROAD TO DUBLIN The Save Tara album. Some of the acts will be chosen to appear on the save Tara album Rocky Road to Dublin, due out this summer. Dave Slevin of Virtu Studios will give studio time to the worthy and master and it ;-)
Dice Bar is located at the corner of Queen and Benburb Street in Smithtown.
Weekly save Tara meetings take place before gigs from 8-9 at Dice Bar, if you want to get involved.
