About Tragedy Kings

Tragedy Kings are 6 guys simply trying to create their OWN sound! Some may call it an OLD SCHOOL sound with a NEW twist to it. Regardless of the descriptions, they are playing and creating what comes naturally and what they love! Formed from various prominent local bands in the Nashville, TN rock scene. With a history dating back to 1999 with members coming from the bands 7 Stories High/Subsonic, Plaster Frown and Melatraumatic.... the Tragedy Kings truly have defined a sound that is unlike any other in the Nashville market and possibly in Rock music in general. Like it or Hate It... the Tragedy Kings do what they do, they aren't trying to follow a standard or follow a trend or are trying to immitate other bands out there... they simply want their own identity and hopefully others will see and appreciate them for that!
