   About Transatlantic Bluegrass School
Welcome to Transatlantic Bluegrass, home of the Transatlantic Bluegrass School!

Our bluegrass events are held in the beautiful coastal village of Newport, Pembrokeshire (Wales) with classes being taught by some of the top bluegrass musicians from the US and Europe, who are also highly regarded for their skill as teachers.

It's important to us to make our bluegrass school affordable for all our students, and to give participants choices that will make it a great experience for everyone. We hold events in the beautiful seaside village of Newport, Pembrokeshire because of its outstanding beauty, charm and friendly village atmosphere. Most locations are within walking distance and there is a choice of lovely, but affordable, accommodation including hotels and B&Bs, two caravan parks and camping areas. Local restaurants and eateries offer delicious food for any budget. Many visitors from around the world come to visit our coast every year and we’ll be posting photos of the area and details regarding accommodation choices soon.

For further information about our school and other great bluegrass events, sign up for our e-newsletter, which features articles, interviews, CD and product reviews, and other features of interest to bluegrass musicians and enthusiasts. Plus, you'll receive the latest information about bluegrass artists touring the UK, Ireland and Europe, and updates about the Transatlantic Bluegrass School.

You'll find it all on our website at:

Hello...

What a fantastic five days! Nadine and Andy you have worked so hard and it really paid off, we had such a great time. The tutors were outstanding and it was really lovely to meet such a range of talented students enthusiastic and encouraged by bluegrass music. I know the school will grow from strength to strength... So here's to next year! We will speak soon. With lots of love, your friends, The Toy Hearts x
