    Our order handling is web-based and process-oriented. We have more than 1500 translators in our worldwide network which we can easily access. The customer defines his order with our online price calculator. He sets language combination, delivery time, area of expertise, currency and uploads his document· After confirming the order our module "Translator-Selection-Intelligence" is searching for the best translator for the customer specified order. After the module selected the appropriate translator, the translator translates the document and loads it back to the customer acccount. The customer will be notified that the translator has done his work and the document is ready for download. This is all done automatically through our web platform.
