T-LISH may be the NEW girl on the scene, but we have so much in common. T-LISH which stands for (Transgender Ladies Initiating Sisterhood) is a youth driven safer sex & harm reduction project and we offer a social drop-in space for transgender youth of color ages 14-24. At T-LISH we believe that sisterhood is contagious and once you feel the effects it spreads from within our own neighborhood and out. T-LISH does not discriminate; we love our Transgender brothers too!)
Through peer-to-peer community building & social events, outreach, and education, we empower transgender, gender variant, and queer youth to make positive and healthy sexual, communication, and life choices. Every month we host and put on weekly events, coordinate monthly activities, perform outreach, pass out educational materials, and produce our own marketing. We host our events with FREE food, FREE entertainment; and FREE condoms and lube! You will have the chance to become a member and earn prizes for everything you attend. Our goal is to reach out to the community and get as many sisters or brothers to stop by and hang out in an environment free of discrimination, judgment, hate, and face. It’s a unique space where a bunch of girls and guys can get together in a safe drug free environment, give support, listen to one another, and let our true beauty migrate. 2009 will be filled with a myriad of unique, different, and sisterly events in the bay, so be sure to keep tabs on us!
Our site offer FREE HIV testing with TransKISS.Come get free testing at Transkiss! Drop-In Testing with transKISS is on Saturdays from 3:00-6:00pm. More hours will exist in the future.

The T-LISH Core Team is a group of transgender youth who meet on a weekly basis to plan and carry out all elements of the T-LISH Project. Core Team is responsible for making all of the decisions that drive the program. If you consider yourself trans youth of color and are between 14-24 we'd love to meet you! Come to one of our upcoming meetings or events and earn prizes! We are always looking for new members.

T-LISH Lounge: Hang out, meet new friends. Open to all queer and trans youth, their partners & friends. We have various events ( see out calender)
