I tried dying my hair by myself and kinda messed it up so thats why I had to get it re-done at a pro hair salon! How have you been tho? I was suppose to be coming home about now but it just hasn't worked out yet! Im trying to get there asap bc I miss everyone soo much! Ill make sure to call you tho for a surprise dinner!!
thanks for the info. we'll definitely give her a call. shower did go well. we're supposed to have another one in january. would love for you to come. the one in van was mostly people from there so i didn't figure you or any ywamers would want to come. but with ava here in january you may not want to get out. the vineyard is supposed to do a shower for us sometime after she's born. you can come to that one if it works out better. its a couple shower. really want to chat with you sometime. even go out for coffee/tea for a bit. just let me know.
It's funny...I don't even know his/her name. I don't even know if he was a he or she. Long story short, Kristen (Jeff's wife) had a miscarriage this week. I didn't even know she was pregnant. I didn't even know they were trying! All I know is that in an instant, I found out I was an uncle, and then I wasn't. I can't help but miss him/her. You know how much I love kids. I can't justify it to myself, either. He/She wasn't just a cluster of cells. He/She was a person, a baby, a relative. :(
I normally wouldn't share this with someone who's pregnant, but you're due any day, so you have nothing to worry about. Just keep Kris and Jeff in your prayers.
