Since 2004 Trapped Nerve has been active one way or another under several different names (some you may know, and some you won't find out) The current incarnation came about in May 2007, and has recorded and performed regularly since.

One of those gigs that starts with an audience of five & had built to a sizeable crowd by the time I left...
Trapped Nerve have risen from the ashes of Vertigen & continue in somewhat the same vein. Down to a duo now, they turned some pretty obvious keyboard presets & some jangly guitar into a beautifully tentative whole (tentative is a vibe I value more & more). I can see these perplexing people as long as they keep going, but I am very happy to keep seeing them ploughing their individual take on the Echo/Joy Division/new romatic style. Romo? Nerdwave?! Interesting & different...
