Traumpfad exists in its present formation since 2002. We recorded our first studio album in 2004. In 2006 we did our second recording at Farmland-Studios of RPWL in Freising ( Jogi Lang). Especially our present album received quite some good reviews at Babyblaue Seiten, Ragazzi Music, Empire Records and other newspapers/magazines. Die Band Traumpfad gibt es in ihrer gegenwärtigen Besetzung seit 2002. Im Jahr 2004 nahmen wir unser erstes Studioalbum auf, 2006 unser zweites in den Farmland-Studios von RPWL in Freising (Jogi Lang). Thanks for your support at the Austrian Band Contest/International Live Award! In the final we are overall seventh and even received the third-best jury evaluation! Considering the fact that we play progressive rock music (a style not warmly received by all) and the fact that more than 1000 bands participated, we are glad to receive such a result! Thanks again for your support!
Danke für eure Unterstützung beim Austrian Band Contests/International Live Award! Wir haben im Finale des Contests den 7. Gesamtplatz belegt, sind aber sogar Jury-Dritter geworden! Angesichts dessen, dass an dem Contest über 1000 Bands teilgenommen haben und wir doch zum Teil abseits von Klisches wandeln, sind wir mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. I just played "Overture 1928" by Dream Theater at the Jemison Concert Hall in Birmingham, Alabama. it's not really much, but it felt good to be playing a concert hall. but before and after, "De Kreise" was stuck in my head. when I finally get some money, I will HAVE to buy that album. Thanks for the inspiration, and I wish you the best from the bottom of my heart. you truly define the spirit of progressive rock.
