    Who is Dr. Rock? Dr. Rock is just a regular guy who loves music and broadcasting. He is fortunate enough to have the opportunity to share his love of both via several outlets.





    The Dr. has been blessed with the opportunity to produce, engineer, program, and host a weekly radio show called "Dr. Rock & the Medicine Show" on KZUM, 89.3 FM, in Lincoln, Nebraska for over 6 years. Although he does not receive any income from this project, he does get to share his fairly broad tastes with listeners not only in Lincoln, but all over the world via the station's live internet feed.     KZUM, by the way, is a non-profit, public radio station. As Nebraska’s first and only community radio station, KZUM is dependent upon a variety of funding mechanisms in order to keep broadcasting the variety of shows our listeners want. These programs include "Dr. Rock & the Medicine Show."

    One method of support for the mission of KZUM and "The Medicine Show" is becoming a "Friend of Dr. Rock on KZUM." There are several levels of membership available from which to choose. It’s through your continued support KZUM is able to broadcast quality music and original discussion shows like "The Medicine Show," as well as provide nationally syndicated programs.

    Remember, KZUM is Nebraska’s only community-based radio station. Become a friend of "Dr. Rock & the Medicine Show" and KZUM today!

    He is doing ok!  He is not in the best shape but hoping he is going to get better everyday.  They moved him to a long term part of the hospital for a two week stay.
