  • Books

For starters here is a trailer for Bryan Talbots new book GRANDVILLE, have a look. It's usually the case that the people you come across in comic shops be it staff or customers would like to work in the comics business in one way or another. Over the years we have seen some great small press comics produced by our colleagues and customers. Therefore we have started running Small Press evenings where like minded people can get together through their love of comics. More info will be posted shortly on dates and times if you would like to come along.

About me:

Great News!! Frank Quitely (We-3, Batman & Robin), has just been confirmed for Novembers Thought Bubble Convention, AWESOME!! Hey Guys, the August the 1st in leeds IS Deathnote day, come on down and join the fun. .. !.. We love comics soooo much and if you love them too we love you!!!!!!!!

Who I'd like to meet:

We feel passionate about comic books and we want you to feel the same. Our goal is to get everyone in the world to love at least one comic book. To let the uneducated know that they're not just for kids. They can be about love, hate, sex, politics, religion, life, death, anything. Sometimes stereotypical and sometimes the most amazing out-there pieces of literature you will every read. We want to bring comics from subculture to mainstream because we love 'em. We want to meet other people who feel the same and people who are just curious!
