I couldn't let go of the metal neck, I had to wait till someone pulled out the plug on my amps. The doctor said just a few more seconds and I wouldn't be here today. The Tailgunners	Oct 10 2008 3:11 PM Travis Bean eh... I bought a TB2000 bass from Bandstand Music in Tacoma Wa. back in th 70's - s/n 0495. What I really remember about it was that it was the only bass I ever played that went sharp as it warmed up -thermal expansion of the neck I suppose. That and having to use SimiChrome to clean up the neck oxidation and discoloration. I ended up trading it for a 68 Precision after about a year. Still have the P-Bass. Interesting site and page.
