About me:
Hey Ya'll.
My name is Travis, I'm a student at the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls Iowa!!! Horray for school!...I'm currently majoring in Communication-Electronic Media...seems right considering I've worked in radio at KQMG Independence Brite 95.3 FM for nearly four years...but mostly I'm a musician at heart playing either drums in bands including currently the UNI Jazz (2) Panthers but I'm open to suggestion for people needing a fill in ( call if your needing someone for a night ) or you can catch me singing lead male vocals and playing guitar with country rock band STAMPEDE - check out the myspace at www.myspace.com/stampedeiowa - I also am up for taking gigs on guitar as well as keyboards, bass - however I don't own a bass....ohwell. I love to play country and classic rock but I've done others jazz,blues,dixie land, funk...etc. I also enjoy doing the behind the scenese stuff like lights and sound and have worked with Murphey Sound in Iowa City for several festival shows. I've had the fortune of opening for Dierks Bentley, Josh Gracin and Andy Griggs! Also, I'd be in trouble if I didn't mention my lovely, talented, and overal great girlfreind Michelle! She performs with Stampede as well and yall should be strongly suggested to go check out her myspace! Her and I have ben together for about a year and a half now and theres no end in sight! Shes a truly great person and a thrill to be with! Love ya Michelle!
