Hey everybody. My name is Travis Toy, and I am a professional musician in Nashville, TN. Let me tell you a little about myself...I was born and raised in Midway, KY. I started playing the drums at age 11, and quickly moved on to other stringed instruments. My dad, Ron Toy, was a multi-instrumentalist who influenced and encouraged me to pursue music. At the age of 13 I fell in love with the sound of Pedal Steel Guitar, and dedicated the next several years of my life to an intense study of the instrument. Along the way I also picked up guitar, bass, dobro, and banjo. I moved to Nashville in December of '99 to pursue my dream of a career in music. I quickly began working as a road musician, and before long found myself on stage with many of my musical heroes. I am very blessed to do what I love for a living, and I will never take it for granted. For those that are interested, I've listed some of my live, television, and recording credits below. Thanks for visiting my page, and feel free to leave a comment or send me a message.

Who I'd like to meet:
Myself in another 20 years, just to see if sitting too close to this computer winds up burning my eyes out.
Hey Travis: It has been forever since I posted. We can't win! Problems with the new house, car and truck have problems and Fan-Fest 2009 had problems; no Rascal Flatts thanks!! to good old mother nature. After they announced the storm and tornado approaching, we sat out on that cold, LP Field concourse floor for an hour and a half. Hard on the exterior of the body, but even more when we got in at midnight, Flatts had left for Oklahoma. So sad to have missed you all. No luck! Sat and talked to some girls for the hour and half from somewhere 12 miles north of Lexington. Had a great conversation. Hope we see all of you soon. Good luck an take care!
Just trying to spread the news about my song “Angel Kisses” soon to be released on compilation CD and will be sent to radio stations throughout the US and Canada. If I already left this comment please forgive me. Thank you :) I hope you have a great 4th Be safe!!
