All of our inspiration is channeled from the Treasure Maple Tree.
Treasure Maple is a Newage Folklore trio that has entered the local music scene in southern West Virginia. Briddy Morris and Clayton Blankenship have been playing music together for almost a year now and have recently discovered a third and fourth Treasure Maple pal, Casi Null and Kelly Underwoord. When they finally began this magical adventure a whole new world of opportunity and creativity was revealed. Treasure Maple is not only about the music but creating characters. By bringing these characters to life in their performances the trio has made it a part of their identity. In doing this, the listener enjoys their positive and relaxing melodies while also being exposed to a hint of theatre.
Treasure Maple focuses on upbeat rhythm and soothing melodies to capture their audience’s attention. They also bring in an extra sound or instrument to add a little spice to their music. Whether they are playing the melodica, a finger piano, or wooden xylophone, anyone will find that Treasure Maple takes what instruments they use into great consideration in order to create their style. Kelly's dancing also brings an extra flare to their performences by visually stimulating the audience. Although not all their music is original, they bring their own creative compositions to the forefront of the music they play. Treasure Maple, pure magic.
