More women are employed by the sex industry than at any other time in history! There are nearly 2,700 strip clubs in the United States alone—more than any other nation in the world. Many of the women in this industry come from backgrounds of sexual abuse, rape, assault, domestic violence, and addiction.
Founded by, Harmony Dust, Treasures out of Darkness (Treasures) is a faith-based outreach and support group to women in the sex industry based out of Los Angeles, California.
For the past 3 years, the Treasures team has regularly visited close to 150 strip clubs employing thousands of women, distributing gift bags with the simple intent of letting the women know that they are loved and care for and there is support out there if they want it. The mission of Treasures is to empowering women to make healthy life choices through encouraging the discovery their value and purpose.

Jesus taught in these scriptures the difference between himself and the religious establishment of the day. To conform to the ritualistic religion of the day was not walking in the wisdom of God. "Wisdom is justified of her children." : the children in view here are the deeds of Christ and the things he did were the wisdom from God which affirmed that he was right in his actions. Don't let religious people keep you from reaching out to the people who desperately need deliverance the most. God's calling is much more important than people's opinions about you.

When we are tempted to conform to the ways of the world, just realize that Jesus Christ was also tempted in all the ways we are tempted. By his experiencing the same pressures we feel today, we have an advocate (defense attorney) between us and God, Jesus Christ who knows what we are going through. We can boldly approach God for His mercy and have His help in time of need. God's promise to us is that when we are tempted, He will alway provide a way out for us. We just have to look for it to see it.
I would just like to take this opportunity to thank this organization for doing such great things, for us girls. God loves us and will be the only one we have in the end! God's promise to Isaiah & Jeremiah carries over to us today. When you dedicate your heart to serve God in whatever way you are capable of and in turn strive for the heart of a servant that Jesus Christ had toward us, then you will see in your life evidence of the heritage of a servant of the LORD. You will see God's deliverance & protection, and His providence to you is your witness to the world that our God has made you in all things more than a conqueror because you serve Him. I am really overwhelmed with emotion right now. I am very troubled right now and God knows... He is working on me through you all. Sitting in my home shaking from my nerves; I decided to go to the mailbox and WOW!!! a note from Treasures... (Erin).
