Treehouse is a five-member band: keyboards, percussion, congas, guitar & bass. Their songs will get you dancing and leave you singing. The Treehouse sound, Latino & Indie rock, is marked by strong vocals and rhythms. Their original songs have rich lyrics, well-crafted arrangements, tribal rhythms and unconventional jazz twists.
Treehouse formed in 2001 when leader Terry Tucker, keyboards, and co-founder Ardyth Gilbertson, percussion, began playing with conga drummer, Butch Sanders. Since then, they have added Matt Robinson, guitar and John Quintanilla, bass. Everyone sings. Though Terry writes the majority of the songs, the Treehouse repertoire includes original songs, instrumentals and arrangements from everyone in the group, along with covers of hit pop, rock, reggae, Latino and folk songs, done Treehouse-style.
