Treelight Room is a unique blend of indie, folk and pop music based out of Kelowna, B.C., Canada.
The trio are extremely excited to have just released their very first 6 song EP as of January 30th 2009. Packed with catchy hooks, dynamic instruments and three strong vocals, this new release dubbed "The Children Win" has been very well received.
They have been composing toe-tappin' music and playing shows all over western Canada since Treelight Room formed in late 2007. Personal writing styles between the three seemed to effortlessly combine from the beginning to invent each new tune.
The playfully retrospective take on "The Children Win" and more is shared live as Treelight Room continue to play shows around their mother country.
It has been said that Treelight Room is "Catchy as frick!" So... watch out!

So after a month long study/listen session of the new song "Inventions" I've concluded several things. There's 8 of them actually. ONE, It makes the bugs flying around the light post outside my window calmly perch themselves. TWO, every lost sock I ever lost was reunited with their other half...whilst inventions was playing of course. THREE, food tastes better now. FOUR, there's consistent reoccurring fireworks show on my ceiling every time the song hits 3:12. FIVE, every clown that was ever murdered by someone with a fear of clowns is now resurrected...good for them. SIX, my shampoo bottle never seems to run out anymore. Infinite shampoo. SEVEN, every time the song is over a puppy randomly finds me and cuddles in my arms for exactly 32 seconds and then scurries off. And finally number EIGHT, In the night time, Brownies as shown in the movie "Willow" starring Val Kilmer and Warwick Davis, visit me with actual edible brownies. And they taste like Inventions might taste if it were the best brownie in the world.

normally, i would be completely jealous of your warm weather, but actually neepawa is so nice right now! great weather. im actually rolling into penticton to visit relatives this summer, so i will be able to experience your lovely weather! i just took advantage of the nice weather today and went horseback riding with my dad up through the park. it was so nice. whats new with you guys
