Trendkill consists of five of south Florida's most talented rockers including Kev (vocals/guitar), Markus (bass/vocals), Papa (drums), Mikie (keyboard/backup vocals/errant sounds), and Johnny (rhythm guitar). Brought together by a common passion for music and musical expression, the guys have formed somewhat of a brotherhood within the band. They've all been friends since grade school and have been practicing and performing together since 1998. It is that brotherly closeness that truly sets them apart from other bands and said closeness can easily be seen during performances. The band has steadily grown in both confidence and skill, producing heavy yet melody-laden, radio-friendly songs. Trendkill's live energy is unique and intense- just the way we like it!
Since the release of the last record entitled "Pax Americana", Trendkill has built a loyal local fanbase which continues to expand with shows throughout the area. They spent their efforts in 2003 spreading their music state-wide, creating a strong regional following. This powerful quintette has opened for bands such as 7 Mary 3, Nonpoint, Hatebreed, Big Sky, Biohazard, Agnostic Front, Otep, E.Town Concrete, and prior to 2003- King's X. Trendkill started strong in 2004 by opening for Endo & Adema and most recently, Abloom- on the West Palm Beach kickoff of the Zippo Hot Tour- as well as headlining shows at premeir sofla venues such as the Hard Rock Cafe and The Factory.

The band's name is derived from their belief in being unique and writing from their core. While trying to stay in the mainstream of radio-friendly hard rock, the guys take pride in the fact that their music does not sound like [and cannot be referenced to] any other bands' sound. They feel that the bands that do stand the test of time are those which strive to maintain their individuality and aren't afraid to take chances and be themselves. Trendkill is currently in the studio working on their third record, which is by far their best and most marketable music to date. The new album reflects the evolution of the group's writing ability and ever-evolving musicianship. The new songs showcase their unique style, powerful vocals, and tight groove-oriented rhythms.
