Transmigration brings me back to sitting on the floor at the Shuipis's in Duxbury, listening to you play and sing like you're on broadway. Man, you can write one hell of a solid song. I"ll always look up to you Russ.
how've things been floatin?? who says that? anyway i wanted to say you are the most important member of the glib who isnt here. the level of importance besides me is YOU john and whoever else. probably zach powers etc. all i know is i need you in this. i know if you got your ass down here this band would be 10 times better. here's what we look like now. i realize i probably havent made it quite clear how important you are to me. and how important you are to the math problem that is the glib. but you're hugely important. its just that my phone doesnt work and being here is weird as hell. just no i dont just want to work with you but that i infact need you to make the glib be what i want it to be. maybe i could glean some sucsess without you but i know for a fact that it wouldnt be what i wanted it to be without you. you totally kick ass and you're totally amazing. and i know we can write better songs together than we could ever do on our own. and i need you out here bad. just to keep me sane if nothing else. but god. our colaborative abilities and your voice. sorry i havent made this clear before but you're part of my life and i want to make music our life for real. anyway this is what my band is like without you live. just imagine it with your singing and your keyboard playing. i can. and its waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better. not to mention your sensibility.
Just wanted to post you on my more recent podcast episodes: TheGlib.com
Get back to me with your thoughts if you get a chance. By the way, my best episode is still #45 but I'd like your opinion of the more rapid-fire recent ones...
