    Les Miserables, Jane Eyre, The Catcher in the Rye, Henderson the Rain King are some of my favorites. I enjoyed the Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of World Order, by Samuel P. Huntington (the post-article book, although I would argue with many points), and I'm currently reading the French text of Candide. I generally like books on international politics, society or history. I don't read as often as I would like though, and I know there are more books out there that I've read that I thoroughly enjoyed, many of them I read in college. But I can't think of them at the moment.
