About me:
Fit forty something builder into yoga, beer, fags and loose women.
23 years in the building trade. Recently got into this yoga mullarkey and started teaching round building sites, football matches and most of all down the pub.
Met this geezer down the Lamb and Forklift in Kennington who'z got one of them video cameras and we made this well proper yoga dvd right..what you can buy on the old internet.
It's got loads of fit birds in it-some of em with their kit on unfortunately..but it gives loads of tips n tricks on 'ow you can use yoga to up yer cashflow, keep the missus quiet, drink more beer & smoke more fags
