Hi Trey!  I haven't talked to you in FOREVER!  How are you doing!?  When are you visiting Richmond again?

Hey buddy so hows you and things with the family? Well I have started hitting the gym and getting back into shape so yea I hear that if you work out your sex life get better so I thought why Not..... well no outy come yet but I'm working on that LOL have a great week and I guess I will call when I get a min. I starting to lesson to Steve Jordan a little ( John Mayer drummer) to and also I think im getting my shuffle beats down to so yea. ALso thanks for all your help Bro any band going on tour that need a drummer?
