Sounds Like
It's no secret that a major influence in the shows that are performed today, would be David Allan Coe. But it also is pretty evident that the sounds of the old Outlaw Biker Music, such as Hank Jr, Johnny Cash, Waylon, Merle, Willie, etc., are all over the stage as well!
Growing up listening to that music, along with the Classic and Southern Rock legendary icons like Lynyrd Skynyd and the Allman Brothers, has played a large part in the direction that Trey's shows have gone.
I was born WAY back in 1976, and raised in the great All American City of Hartsville, SC.
In October of 1990, I joined up with a few fellow Hartsvillians to form a band called ONNIS.
To make an extremely long story short, we were called SPLIT RAIL by 1995.
I toured the club circuit with Split Rail from 1995 to 2001.
In 2001, I decided to bow down from the spotlight with Split Rail, though they would carry on without me for five more years.
But in 2003, I felt I needed to be performing again, and began playing right back where I started; Hartsville, SC.
Armed only an acoustic guitar, all alone, I was right back where I belonged.
My shows are dedicated to the audience that supported me for so many years, and it's evident in each of my shows. The
performances night in and night out are full of interaction between myself and everyone in the room.
I like to put on the kind of show, that I would enjoy watching.

You are the last of a dieing breed as a true entertainer in today's industry . You will be missed by so many, however only a select few of us truly understand the sacrifices given to be on the road working late nights and long weekends. I wish you all the best and I pray that God will bless you and your family in the future. Keep in touch, Doug
