Formerly known as Massaka, Tribal has recently returned from a year and a half sabbatical from any form of music. Currently working on a new mixtape set for release as a free download in early 2009, Tribal has returned hungrier and more experimental then ever. Having expressed a change in direction and ideas, Tribal is gearing up to deal with issues of the past and the present and has vowed to re-iterate his roots. Looking back to when he recorded his first track, The debt, 2005, Tribal is looking to give something back to the people that made it possible. Mostly, H of the greenwich youth service, based at King's Park youth club, Eltham. Tribal has worked with many producers and artists since then, but maintains he would never have started if it hadn't been for the support shown by H, merciless attakaz, Eddie Tafferty (r.i.p) and his family. 2009 is set to be a year of constant work and releases for Tribal. Now alligned with producers such as SNDJ, DJ Trouble, and set to re-allign with Prof. H Tribals sound is fast becoming one of the most diverse in the U.K. scene to date.
Please help save King's Park youth club for the use of musicians across the south east. The governmnt are quick enough to admit that youths should have more to do but they are not willing to invest in schemes for young people. It is down to us to ensure that schemes like this one are kept running
