    Just wondering how much you would charge for a Peace sign Tattoo on the inner ankle, about 30 - 35mm wide??

    Also i have a scarifacation in the spot i want it... it isnt that deep just a home done one.... i was wondering if a tattoo over that would work ... someone told me it wouldnt??
