Welcome to "Tribute Heaven". This will be the one stop shop for everything tribute. From your favourite bands and artistes to musicals touring the UK such as 'Mamma Mia!', 'We Will Rock You', 'Tonight's The Night' and many more that use music previously performed by top acts in the music world.

This web page compliments the main "Tribute Heaven" page I manage on 'Bristol Rocks' - the top music and entertainment web site for the South West - which contains profiles, reviews, opinions and more. You will find links to these pages under the 'Sounds Like' section to the left of this page so you'll have plenty more to read and keep you occupied.

By the way, my name is Kathryn and I am the one running 'Tribute Heaven". You can find out more about me and what I do on my Kacey-O'Neill profile. It's not only tributes I am interested in so don't pigeon hole me and don't assume things about me. I love all sorts of music and come from a family with musical talent. I am also a Media Consultant.

I also run a couple more web pages that include the ABBA News Service and Abba Tribute Bands Worldwide. And with both web sites incorporate the ABBA Day/ABBA Weekend events and also the Abba Tribute Weekend event. In addition to all of this I am also a consultant to the media on ABBA as a researcher, writer, do interviews on the subject of ABBA and also work with Abba tribute bands. I suppose you could call it my specialist subject!

This page will be a continually working page and feature the best tribute acts around. All I ask for is your co-operation now and in the future.

Tributes: If I find a performance that fails to entertain me, keep my interest, inspire me, etc then they will be given the 'In The Dumper' rating. I review tribute bands and artistes that play gigs in the South West of the UK and that covers a lot of ground. - Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Wiltshire, Somerset, Bristol, old Avon area, Gloucestershire and South Wales (I live in Bristol and it's only across the Severn Bridge so South Wales qualifies.) - If you are a fan of tributes then I always welcome reviews from other people. All I ask is that you are constructive with any reviews you submit. It means bands and artists featured get a fair assessment of their shows wherever they may be and they will be added to the profile pages on the main web site.

And with that the gig list on this page covers those areas mentioned above for the South West. So if you want your shows included in the gig list then please message me here or e-mail me the details for inclusion.

As for gigs for the rest of the UK, Europe, USA/Canada, Asia/Australasia, a gig list for these areas is a possibility and will be separated into sections. At the moment I want to assess how well this page is being used and how useful the current gig list for the South West will be. So please be patient. Any changes to gig listings in the future I will keep you updated with information.

If you want to be 'featured video of the week' then please send a copy or the web site link to me via e-mail. The blogs will also have 'Featured Band' or 'Featured Artist' and I will be sending questions for you to answer. All the usual who, why, where, when, what, how questions that will form a feature so people will know more about you and what you're all about. ...... Coming soon to a blog near you!

There is also a chat group for "Tribute Heaven" and it is free to join. It is open to groups, artistes and fans. You can discuss most things from reviews, venues, looking for musicians, give advice and help to others. I really want this to be used for everyone's advantage after all we are in the same line of business. Check it out here. So spread the word.

With every gig I go to I always take my camera so I have some pictures to accompany the review I write. You will find some samples of my work in the picture gallery. All photos have copyright to 'Kacey-O'Neill'. However the bands and artistes featured have permission to use them on their own web page profiles. (I always ask for permission to take photos before a gig.)

"Tribute Heaven" is available to tribute acts worldwide. I know the subject of tribute does get a raw deal at times even with the media and this page will aim to higher the profile of tributes as equally accepted contributors to the music and entertainment business in the future.
