Tricatiempo is the traditional way of living life in Naples. It actually means "be patient and things will slowly be better". The band was born from an idea of the composer-drummer Stefano Costanzo , supported by Davide Di Franco, which produced a complete cd using only a guitar and his cakewalk program. He decided after a few years to put his ideas on a live set, and this happened only when he found the persons he thought could catch the meaning of this project . The band is open to compositions of all of its components, especially the vibraphonist, Marco Pezzenati, which already has a carreer in classical music and approached improvised music as a more free way of expressing himself. Great part of the sound of the band is given by the wise use of effects of the guitar player Marcello Giannini, and the particular bass lines created or evolved by Domenico Angarano.
Music is the most important guest, if she goes away, there is no reason of being here, so let's wait.....patiently.

Yo Tricatiempoasaurus. I just found out that we're related...and as a special family only present we've made a new song for you called "End of Days" (start doing backflips now). It's an epic instrumental opus to the moment when our ancient Dino relatives saw a large fiery object plummeting towards them. Please come to our page, give it a listen and let us know if it makes you feel like something catastrophic is gonna happen. Individui, con varie professionalità, con alle spalle percorsi diversi ma del tutto inclini a favorire lo scambio di idee, a cogliere le urgenze dell'attualità attraverso varie espressioni quali: musica, letteratura, arte, editoria, cinema, media, linguaggi sociali. “TERRA E FUOCO” è il nuovo progetto culturale che MAGMA vuole produrre nel 2009 convolgendo: musicisti con canzoni inedite, scrittori, fotografi ed illustratori...
Giovedì 7 maggio ore 21.30. Pompeilab offrirà ai suoi ospiti una serata d’eccellenza con l’esibizione di Piers Faccini, eclettico artista anglo francese reduce dal tour internazionale con Ben Harper. Insieme a lui sul palco si esibiranno Letitia Sheriff, Simone Prattico e Rodrigo D’Erasmo (Afterhours). Apriranno il concerto gli GNUT, che presenteranno un'anteprima del loro nuovo lavoro "Il Rumore della Luce" disco prodotto dallo stesso Piers Faccini,che li ha voluti anche per il suo tour francese del suo "Two Grains of Sand" tour
