Her musical and artistic family fostered a strength and knowledge of self that had her singing professionally at 6, battling cancer at 19, and spending the rest of her life touring internationally - writing and singing jazz, gospel, blues, and everything else as she captivates EVERYONE with her presence, her versatility, and her unbelievable voice. Teedy has already enjoyed a rich vocal career performing in a variety of musical settings. Her repertoire covers jazz, standards, R&B, pop, soul, gospel and Caribbean musics.

I have been singing and teaching the music from my world renowned hometown, New Orleans, Louisiana. I live in Langevåg Norway now, full time, since the hurricane. The face of my hometown was changed in terrible ways by Hurricane Katrina. Things will never again be the same, visually. I am here to make sure that New Orleans never changes in spirit. I am here to travel all over the world spreading the wonderful sounds of the city that gave birth to Jazz.
I want the world to know that New Orleans is down but NOT out!!
