It all started in February 2008 in a freezing cold arena. A fast-growing group of tough-assed girls, Tri City Roller Girls soon expanded into two league teams - the Venus Fly Tramps and the Vicious Dishes.

Our Skaters and Refs come from the trenches of the Tri Cities (Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge) practicing 3 nights a week. We skate hard & fast & take no shit!

    We need EVERYONE and their moms out to this one!!!

    Black Fawn Films will be shooting Farewell to Freeway's new music video for their song "Portrait" this Saturday May 23rd between 9am and 5pm at Ed Video (40 Baker Street in Guelph http://www.msplinks.com/http://maps.google.ca/maps?f=q&hl=en&geocode=&q=40+baker+street+guelph+ontario+canada&mrt=yp&sll=43.546274,-80.251275&sspn=0.003286,0.004866&ie=UTF8&z=17 ).

    It's going to be an interesting / elaborate shoot so be sure to come out and have some fun. This won't make much sense to you now but we need people to come out in one or two of these themes :

    Twisted Circus/Burlesque show (derby girls needed)
    Post apocalyptic zombie world
    Sorority house frat party with mud wrestling
    Boogie Nights 70s feel (derby girls needed)
    Alien/doctors surgeon room.

    There will also be costumes available there so come on out. There will be a make-up artist on set doing all the zombie/clown make-up so don't attempt it at home. Remember not to wear any logos. This is going to be like Halloween in May so make sure you're there to get some screen time!

    We are also jazzed that we are in a much bigger venue and won't have to turn 200 people away again! Last venue was only 400.
