Hello Trident ... :) Thanks for the friend request.. You have some truly excellent, hard driving, no frills , rock songs on here.. Ps...Your drummer kicks A@&! Just Saying..
The Kelvingrove Music Festival is a much missed fixture on the Scottish Music Scene and hopefully we can create a fitting tribute to the days when rock music got the support that it deserved from both the fans and the media!
If you have any material relating to the Festival or the bands that played there we'd love to see it and include it on the forthcoming Kelvingrove Festival website!
you didnt record the stuff....Excalibur did...lol.......Trident supported them when they played Kirky Town Hall....i know im gettin old, but there are some things you just can't forget..lol
been trying to track down info on Excalibur...found this.. " a British classic metal band from the 80’s who recorded sessions for Tommy Vance’s Rock Show, released two EPs: The Bitter End in 1985 and Hot For Love in 1988, and also released ‘One Strange Night’ , a full album in 1990 on Active Records." I remember Martin climbing up the Marshall Stack to belt out to the crowd...lol
Dont forget the duvet jacket!! Go to sleep standing up! Yeah, but its great when you go by 40, you start to want things like xbox 360's and drum kits and big fuck off speakers for your stereo and cool shit that you can no longer afford cos you have a mortgage the size of the Jibrovian national debt!
