Tri for Troops is a fundraiser organized by three brothers- Brad, Brian and Lucas Hamilton. Our fundraiser has been organized in association with the NON-profit organization Laptops For The Wounded (LFTW). LFTW was founded by Laura Brown with the purpose of helping our wounded soldiers. Coming from a family with a large background of military experience, this is a cause we hold dear to all of us. All three brothers will be competing in their second triathlon in support of this great fundraiser. With sponsorships and donations we are hoping to be able to build on the over $700 dollars already raised in order to provide laptops to be used by wounded soldiers at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. These laptops will help to provide solders with much needed contact to friends and families.
Who I'd like to meet:
Donations will be accepted in any denomination and can be made in one of three ways.

• 1st: You can make donations directly to Brad, Brian, or Lucas Hamilton in the form of check or cash.

• 2nd: We will collect checks made out to Laptops For The Wounded and forward them to Mrs. Brown’s organization.

• 3rd: Donations can be made through PayPal by visiting Laptops For The Wounded. When donating this way please make donations ending in .01 ($10.01) so that we may keep a total raised by this fundraiser.

Thank you in advance for all of your support, every dollar counts. Please feel free to come to the race and show your support. Anyone wanting to help in the fundraising process or to participate in the triathlon with us please email us at TriForTroops@hotmail.com

HEY GUYS!!!! I got your envelope of donations the other day and just want to thank you 3 and all who believed in you and backing our wounded troops!!! BUT I NEED TO LET YOUR FOLLOWERS KNOW...I do not have PayPal on my website at this time because PayPal is demanding documentation from IRS which I do not yet have as we are 501c3 pending...so we had to remove the PayPal so people weren't getting the wrong idea about us when it would not work!!!! You can continue to send contributions in the name of TriForTroops (just put it in the "memo" line of your checks) & we will be sure to make sure those funds will go directly to Walter Reed laptops!!! My address is:
Laptops for the Wounded (make checks out to this)
1526 19th St.
Cody, WY 82414

Thanks again SOOOO much - I am so proud of you guys for doing so well in our endeavors!!!!!!!

Right on guys!!!!! Explain more on here how you intend to raise the money - is it a pledge for each of you to complete it? Just wondering yet myself...but I think you guys are GREAT. And I KNOW I speak for the troops who benefit, we thank you from the very deepest part of our hearts!!!! My military roots run deep too - to the beginning of the Continental Army - my 5x great-grandfather organized the colonial militia into the army :)
