Trigger Theory have played many shows around Australia & New Zealand since their formation in late 2005, and continue to increase their following more and more with every show played.

The young guys have released two CDs to date. 'Time To Leave' (2007), which is available to download free from Purevolume.com/TriggerTheory. This EP includes the single 'As We Fall' which has a supporting Music Video that recieved high rotation on NZ music channels Juice TV, C4 and MTV. This is the song that also got the band through to the final 5 of the NZ MTV Kickstart Competition!

The new release is named 'Better Days' (2009). This EP is available for purchase on iTunes! 'Better Days' includes the songs 'A Soft Farewell' & the title track 'Better Days', which are both have music videos. 'A Soft Farewell' reached No.1 on the Juice TV Most Requested chart in January 2010. The highly anticipated 'Better Days' music video is set for a March release on New Zealand music channels.

The band supported the Ataris (US band) on their NZ tour in October 2010, and continued on their own headlining tour across the North Island. The tour finished up with big performances at the Parachute Music Festival (Switchfoot, Underoath, Family Force 5) where they had the honor of opening for Falling Ups (US band) final show ever.

Trigger Theory are now back in Australia with a bigger tour planned for March 2010.
